Any Yacht Club may request membership in the ASSA. That request must be in writing. Acceptance into the ASSA must be approved by a majority vote of the ASSA Representatives. Contact assa.nc@outlook.com for more information.

The Colington Yacht Club is a family-oriented club.

The mission of the club is to:

• Advance the sport of yachting, boating, cruising, sailing and racing
• Promote social enjoyment and good fellowship among its members

Edenton Yacht Club was formed in the 1970s by a robust band of sailors with a love for sailing and a desire to build and sustain a vibrant sailing community in Edenton, NC.

EYC conducts Spring and Fall racing series and is a vital member of the Albemarle Sound Sailing Association and co-sponsors the ASSA Regatta. 

No matter what kind of boat you enjoy, all boaters are welcome.  We love being on the water and members have powerboats of all descriptions, kayaks, paddle boards, and a few boats that we are not sure what category they fall into

  Osprey Yacht Club has a vibrant membership of volunteers who support a wide range of social, educational, and boating activities. The club is associated with the Albemarle Plantation Marina on the Yeopim Creek just off the Albemarle Sound in North Carolina.  The OYC is a member of the Yachting Club of America and is listed in the annual Register of American Yacht Clubs.  

 Since being established many years ago, PRYC, Pasquotank River Yacht Club has proudly excelled in the areas of service, academics and membership growth. Through our philanthropy and social activities, members often find lifetime friendships and valuable connections for the future.
